Finally let go of the behaviors, beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.
(And what would happen if you could finally let them go?)
15+ years studying the science of why we do what we do — and how to actually stop.
Canadian Senate 150 Medal — awarded for "Improving the Quality of People's Lives" across more than 130 countries.
Evolutionary Mismatch: Humans are really good at locking in behaviors but times have changed and sometimes we lock in the wrong ones. Now you can finally understand and let them go.
The Shame Release: Emotions are the key to memories, habits and transformation. Today, every time someone 'tries to quit' they trigger the behavior to stick. Releasing this can change everything.
Behavior Off-Ramps: Automatic behaviors, beliefs and habits run on autopilot; they often happen below consciousness. There are many possible 'off-ramps' and now you can find yours.
The 4 Stopping Styles: There are four Stopping Styles; if you use the wrong three, you damage your self esteem and lock the behavior in deeper. Now you can discover your Stop It Style and use it to literally change your destiny.

Understanding and updating who you are and what you believe about yourself and the world is key to behavior change. In Phase 1, we will focus on your worldview and self-image, and how to upgrade them.
Understanding what triggers, creates and continues automatic behaviors and responses creates a powerful opportunity to transform; to create new understandings and behaviors.

I shared the registration page with my entire WILDFIT Alumni community. I spoke about it being a terrific opportunity for anyone to experience first as an observer and then, when ready, as a participant.

Hi, I'm Eric Edmeades. I develop and deliver some of the most transformative behavior-change programs and experiences in the world.
For more than 20 years, I've been focused on a single core question: why we do what we do—and how to stop doing the things we most want to stop. As the creator of Behavior Change Dynamics™️, my work explores human behavior at the level where habits, beliefs, emotional reflexes, and automatic decisions are formed—and where they can be interrupted.
A central pillar of my work is behavior cessation: the ability to consciously interrupt, stop, or upgrade behaviors that no longer serve us. That work didn't begin professionally. It began personally.
I quit caffeine at 18.
I quit alcohol at 19.
I quit processed and junk foods at 21.
And at 22, I quit breaking promises—to myself and to others.
That final shift proved foundational. I've come to believe that much of my success in life has come not from what I added, but from what I learned to stop: unconscious habits, inherited beliefs, emotional reflexes, and default patterns that quietly run our lives. The ability to pause, interrupt, and choose differently is a skill—and it can be trained.
I later created WILDFIT, a multiple-award-winning behavior-change program that has helped over 500,000 people worldwide transform their relationship with food. Through that work, I refined my behavior-cessation techniques and developed the Stop Style™️ system, which helps people understand how they stop—not just what they stop—so change becomes sustainable rather than force-based.
My work has been recognized internationally. I was awarded a medal by the Canadian Senate for my contribution to improving the quality of people's lives. I've spoken for Fortune 500 companies, worked with governments, and have spoken in the House of Lords on the intersection of the food industry, human behavior, and behavior change.
At its core, my work is about freedom:
freedom from compulsive habits,
freedom from inherited patterns,
and freedom from the behaviors that persist not because we're weak—but because we've never been taught how to stop them properly.
You deserve a year you feel proud of. You deserve to finally be free of this pattern. You deserve the identity you've always felt deep inside. This is your moment. This is your reset. This is your time.
